Ruth Entwistle is a founding member of Youth 4 Business. She has studied and worked in international development for the past 12 years. Ruth majored in Entrepreneurship at Grove City College, focusing much of her free time in her junior and senior years to the development and launch of Deep Springs International (DSI), the predecessor organization to Youth 4 Business. She received her MBA in International Development from Eastern University. Ruth also works as a licensed customs broker for seafood importer, Heron Point Seafood in Newmarket, NH. She has four beautiful girls.

Leigh McAfee

Leigh is the Director of Development at Justice Ventures International which provides freedom, justice, and restoration to those suffering from human trafficking and other injustice. She previously worked in higher education fundraising with the Institute for Humane Studies at George Mason University. Her fundraising philosophy is guided by a framework of mutual benefit as described by Henri Nouwen in, “A Spirituality of Fundraising.” She serves as a mentor with Alexandria-based nonprofit Casa Chirilagua and within the community of Incarnation Anglican Church. A native Texan, she loves to explore other countries and cherishes a trip to Haiti with Youth 4 Business amongst her favorite adventures. While at home in Arlington, VA she enjoys gardening and frequent walks with her rescue lab, Daisy.

Janet Dykstra

Janet has seventeen years of science assessment and curriculum development experience and over twelve years of college teaching experience. She currently helps teachers in both informal and formal learning environments design curriculum resources. Janet is married to Tom, has three married children, and nine simply amazing grandchildren. Janet helped review the initial curriculum for Youth 4 Business.
